Bread 8-10 pieces – broken into small pieces
Onion – 1 chopped
Green chilli – 2 slit
Ginger- 1/4 tsp chopped
Garlic – 1 -2 pods chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Lime juice – half a lime
Heat a wok and add oil.
Add mustard seeds and let crackle.
Add onion, green chilli, Ginger, garlic , curry leaves. Saute for a minute.
Add chopped tomato. Let it cook for a minute . Mash it with spatula . Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder .
Add tomato ketchup and lemon juice.
Add salt to taste .
Add the bread pieces . Mix well and cook on medium flame for a minute while stirring.
Garnish with corriander leaves .
