Falafel


Falafel
One cup Bengali Chana soaked and cooked
Onion – 1chopped
Garlic 2-3 pods chopped
Pepper -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tsp all purpose flour
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and grind to a coarse paste.
Make small balls and deep fry in appe pan .
Cover with a lid while cooking
Turn side when one side turns golden brown.
