Vegetable fried rice with sauteed chicken

fried rice n sauteed chicken

To a wok add two tsp butter , crushed garlic cloves(4-5nos) , crushed pepper corns (8-10nos) .

Saute for some time.

Add diced onion (2nos big ) , two green chilli.

Add some cooking oil if needed.

Add chicken as small pieces.

Saute for some time (10-15 minutes) .  Till the onion gets golden brown . (I use this time to make fried rice.)

Add capsicum , spring onion, baby corn , carrots (all or any) .

Add one tsp soy sauce , 2 tsp sweet and sour sauce.

Again saute for some time. Serve hot .
